We calculate, deduct, pay, and file all payroll taxes for you, including federal, state, and local taxes. When you enter your payroll data, we calculate both your employee and employer taxes due and deductions. After you process your payroll, we withhold all the due payroll taxes and deposit them into the appropriate agency accounts. We take care of all your payroll tax pay-and-file requirements: we pay your federal, state, and local taxes; we prepare and provide your year end W-2s, 1099-NECs, 1096, W-3, as well as quarterly 940 and 941 reports.  For Household Employers, we prepare a signature-ready Schedule H to file along with your personal income tax return as well as prepare and file 1040-ES Statements quarterly.
